Ron Pepón is a premium Puerto Rican rum brand produced by Destilería Coquí, a family-owned distillery based in Mayagüez. Established in 2005, the distillery is known for revitalizing the tradition of 'ron agrícola' (agricultural rum) in Puerto Rico, which is distilled directly from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses.

The Ron Pepón line specifically emphasizes artisanal production methods, including pot still distillation and aging in American white oak barrels.
