In 2010, RVCA was acquired by Billabong International Limited. Following several corporate transitions in the action sports industry, the brand became part of Boardriders, Inc. (formerly Quiksilver). In 2023, Authentic Brands Group (ABG) completed the acquisition of the Boardriders portfolio, including RVCA. Today, ABG serves as the brand's ultimate owner, managing its global intellectual property and licensing manufacturing and distribution to various partners. Manufacturing typically occurs in multiple countries, including China and Vietnam, depending on the specific product line.
