In 2015, TechnoMarine was acquired by the Invicta Watch Group, headquartered in Hollywood, Florida. Since then, while maintaining its Swiss heritage in design, production has expanded globally. While high-end movements may still originate in Switzerland or Japan, many components and final assembly of various lines, including accessories like straps, take place in manufacturing hubs across Asia to maintain competitive pricing and wide availability.
