Evax is a leading feminine hygiene brand primarily operating in the Iberian market. The brand was originally created by the Spanish company Arbora (which later became Arbora & Ausonia), founded in Barcelona in the late 1960s.
For decades, Evax was managed as a joint venture between the Spanish Agrolimen group and the American multinational Procter & Gamble. In 2013, Procter & Gamble acquired full ownership of the brand by purchasing Agrolimen's remaining stake.
Today, the manufacturing of Evax products, including the advanced Liberty line made with Flexicel technology, continues to have a strong industrial presence in Spain. Key production facilities are located in Mequinenza (Zaragoza) and Jijona (Alicante), ensuring that the brand maintains its local roots while being part of a global consumer goods portfolio.
