Dime, originally branded and still widely known as Daim in many markets, is a classic Swedish chocolate bar made from crunchy almond butter toffee covered in milk chocolate. The product was created by the Swedish confectionery company Marabou in 1953, inspired by the Heath bar from the United States. Following its successful launch in Sweden and Norway, it became a staple treat across Northern Europe and eventually gained international popularity.

Today, the brand is part of a global confectionery portfolio. While it originated with Marabou, which was later acquired by Kraft Foods, the brand now sits under the ownership of Mondelēz International. Manufacturing continues to have a strong base in Upplands Väsby, Sweden, maintaining the brand's authentic Nordic roots while being distributed to millions of consumers worldwide through various retail channels and specialized partnerships, such as with IKEA.
