Vivaldi Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Classico

Vivaldi is a prestigious brand born in the heart of the Valpolicella region in Italy. The brand was established to celebrate the local viticultural heritage through a project led by high-level professionals in the wine industry. Specifically, Valpolicella Ripasso is a distinctive wine produced using the 'ripasso' technique, which involves re-fermenting the Valpolicella wine on the skins of Amarone or Recioto grapes to add structure and complexity.

The wine is produced in the province of Verona, within the historic hills of the Valpolicella Classica area. Vivaldi is owned by Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, a historic cooperative winery founded in 1933. The cooperative represents several hundred winegrowers and is considered one of the pioneers of Amarone production and a guardian of the territory's winemaking traditions.
