The brand's primary manufacturing hub is located in Rosières-en-Santerre, in the Picardy region of France, which is one of the largest potato-growing areas in Europe. While historically managed under the Nestlé umbrella for decades, ownership transitioned in 2022 when the brand was acquired by the investment firm FNB Private Equity. This move aimed to revitalize the brand's growth independently of the large multinational food conglomerate.
