Tyrrell's is a premium brand of hand-cooked potato crisps that originated in Herefordshire, England. Founded in 2002 by William Chase on Tyrrells Court Farm, the brand quickly became known for its artisanal approach, using local Lady Claire and Lady Rosetta potatoes and distinctive black-and-white photographic packaging.
Over the years, the brand has transitioned through several owners. After being sold to Langholm Capital and later Amplify Snack Brands, it was ultimately acquired by KP Snacks, a subsidiary of the German-based Intersnack Group. Today, Tyrrell's is manufactured primarily in its original home of Herefordshire, maintain its reputation for traditional English heritage despite its international corporate ownership.
