While the brand is German in origin and management, the manufacturing is primarily outsourced to major production facilities in China, where high-volume industrial capacity allows Lidl to maintain competitive pricing. The brand is managed by Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, which oversees international distribution across Europe and beyond.
