Founded in 1939 in Carlet, Valencia, it has grown from a local family business into one of the most prominent beauty retailers in Spain, operating hundreds of physical stores and a robust e-commerce platform.

The company is renowned for its diverse catalog, which includes luxury fragrances, mass-market hygiene products, and professional skincare. In 2023, Druni announced a significant strategic merger with the Portuguese retailer Arenal (backed by the Sonae Group). This merger created a joint venture that leads the Iberian beauty market, with the Casp family (Druni's founders) and the Sonae Group sharing ownership. Most of its private-label logistics and corporate operations remain centered in the Valencian Community, Spain.
