Rossi in Bradenton, Florida, USA, where it began by providing fresh fruit gift boxes before pioneering the flash pasteurization process for orange juice.

Today, Tropicana is managed as part of a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo. Manufacturing occurs in multiple countries across North America and Europe to ensure product freshness in regional markets. For the European market, juice is often processed and bottled in facilities located in France and Belgium. Ownership transitioned in 2021 when PepsiCo sold a majority stake in its juice brands to the French private equity firm PAI Partners, although PepsiCo retains a 39% stake and exclusive distribution rights in many regions.
