Delverde is a high-end Italian pasta brand founded in 1970 in Fara San Martino, Abruzzo, a region world-renowned for its water purity and pasta-making tradition. The brand's identity is deeply rooted in its location within the Majella National Park, utilizing the clear waters of the Verde River to produce its semolina pasta.

Over the decades, Delverde has maintained a reputation for traditional bronze-die extrusion and slow-drying processes. In 2019, the brand was acquired by Newlat Food S.p.A. from the Argentine group Molinos Río de la Plata. Today, it remains a proud representative of Italian craftsmanship, being manufactured primarily at its original site in Italy and exported globally under Newlat’s extensive management.
