Pluxee is a global leader in employee benefits and engagement solutions, formerly known as the Benefits & Rewards Services (BRS) division of Sodexo. The brand was officially rebranded as Pluxee in 2023 to reflect its evolution into a digital-first organization and to better represent its focus on positivity and employee empowerment. The 'Plux' in the name signifies positivity, while the 'ee' stands for employee engagement.

Originally founded within the French conglomerate Sodexo, the brand has grown to serve millions of users across 31 countries. In early 2024, Pluxee was spun off as an independent, publicly traded company on the Euronext Paris exchange. Despite its independence, it maintains a strong legacy of over 45 years in the incentive and voucher market.

The company’s products range from meal and food vouchers to culture, travel, and gift incentives. While the digital platforms are managed centrally, physical vouchers and local operations are distributed and manufactured across the various countries where they operate to meet local tax and labor regulations. Today, it remains headquartered in France and operates as a standalone entity.
