Eveready is one of the most recognized names in the portable power industry, with a legacy dating back to the late 19th century. Originally founded as the American Electrical Novelty and Manufacturing Company in the United States, it eventually became part of Union Carbide and later established itself as a global leader in battery technology. Eveready is currently owned by Energizer Holdings, Inc., an American manufacturer of batteries and personal care products headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Energizer Holdings manages both the premium Energizer brand and the value-oriented Eveready brand globally.
