Birell is a leading brand of non-alcoholic beer in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It was first launched in 1992 as Radegast Birell, developed to offer a beer taste without the alcohol content by using a special yeast strain that limits alcohol production during fermentation. The product captured a significant share of the regional market for non-alcoholic beverages.

The brand is primarily manufactured at the Radegast Brewery in Nošovice, Czech Republic. Its ownership has changed hands through various acquisitions, notably becoming part of the Plzeňský Prazdroj portfolio when Radegast merged with Pilsner Urquell. Since 2017, the brand and its parent company, Plzeňský Prazdroj, have been owned by the Japanese multinational Asahi Group Holdings. Birell remains a dominant player in the Central European alcohol-free beer category, known for its traditional brewing process.
