The brand is currently owned by Galderma, a pure-play dermatology company. Galderma was previously a joint venture between Nestlé and L'Oréal but became a standalone company after being acquired by a consortium led by EQT Partners in 2019. Galderma is headquartered in Switzerland and continues to expand the Cetaphil line through dermatological research and innovation.
