Their products are made with pure natural ingredients and avoid the use of plastic-bleached tea bags.

Today, the brand is owned by Ecotone (formerly Wessanen), a European multi-national specializing in organic and healthy food products. While the raw ingredients like rooibos and ginger are imported from various global growers, the blending and packaging mainly occur at their factory in Beaminster, Dorset, ensuring a consistent British heritage quality even as it expanded its presence across the German and wider European markets.
