Like Schnitzel is a popular plant-based meat alternative produced by the brand LikeMeat. Originally founded in 2013 by Timo Recker in Dusseldorf, Germany, the brand has grown significantly as part of the global movement toward sustainable, meat-free diets. The product is made from a blend of wheat, soy, and pea proteins to mimic the texture and taste of a traditional breaded schnitzel.

In 2020, LikeMeat was acquired by The LIVEKINDLY Company (now known as Blue Horizon or LIVEKINDLY Collective), a global multi-brand plant-based food company based in Switzerland. While the brand originated and maintains strong roots in Germany, its manufacturing and distribution are managed through large-scale facilities in Europe to meet international demand, under the umbrella of one of the world's largest plant-based food collectives.
