The product shown, ColaCao Puro, represents the brand's premium 100% pure cocoa offering with 0% added sugar, designed for both baking and mixing with milk. Unlike the classic granulated version, this is a fine, unsweetened powder.

The brand has remained deeply rooted in Spanish culture since its founding. Following the 2015 split of the Nutrexpa company, ColaCao became the flagship brand of Idilia Foods. All production takes place in Spain, primarily at their facility in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. The company remains under the private ownership of the Ferrero family, maintaining its status as a leading Spanish multisector food group.
