While the brand was founded and is still headquartered in Denmark, its production is centered in European countries renowned for high-quality garment manufacturing and fair labor practices, specifically Portugal, Italy, and Turkey. This allows the brand to maintain a transparent supply chain and ensure environmentally friendly processing.

In 2022, Organic Basics was acquired by Delta Galil Industries, a global leader in the apparel industry. This partnership was aimed at expanding the brand's reach and leveraging Delta Galil's massive distribution network while maintaining the core sustainable values that defined the brand since its inception.
