Mr. Tom Peanut Bar

The brand was originally created by the German confectionery company Hosta (HOSTA Werk für Schokolade-Spezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG), which was founded in 1949 by Hermann Opferkuch in Stimpfach near Crailsheim.

Today, the brand remains under the ownership of the Hosta Group, which is still a family-run enterprise. The manufacturing process primarily takes place in Germany, maintaining the brand’s traditional production standards. Known for its iconic yellow packaging and the 'Mr. Tom' character, the product has expanded beyond Germany and is now available in numerous international markets, retaining its status as a staple peanut brittle snack.
