Aardappel Anders is a well-known Dutch brand of oven sauces specifically designed for potato dishes. It was originally launched by Nestlé in the 1980s to provide a quick and easy solution for making potato gratins and casseroles.

The brand has undergone several changes in ownership over the years. Following a major divestment by Nestlé, the brand was acquired by the Dutch company Struik Foods Europe. In 2020, Struik Foods (including the Aardappel Anders brand) was acquired by the Belgian company Ter Beke Group, which subsequently rebranded as What's Cooking? Group. While the brand remains deeply rooted in the Dutch market, its production is managed by the corporate structure of its Belgian owners, maintaining its primary manufacturing presence in the Benelux region.
