Yumi's Traditional Hommus

Yumi's Quality Foods is a well-known Australian brand specializing in dairy-free and gluten-free dips, falafels, and veggie burgers. The brand was established in 1981 by brothers Benjamin and Michael Friedman, who named the business after their father, Yumi.

The company is headquartered in Hallam, Victoria, where it operates its main manufacturing facilities, utilizing local Australian ingredients for its flagship hommus and vegetable-based products.

In 2018, Yumi's was acquired by George Weston Foods (GWF), a major food manufacturer in the region. GWF itself is a subsidiary of Associated British Foods (ABF), a global diversified food, ingredients, and retail group headquartered in London, United Kingdom. Despite the international ownership, Yumi's continues to operate as a distinctly Australian brand within the GWF portfolio.
