Waitrose Duchy Organic Smooth Peanut Butter

Waitrose Duchy Organic is a premium partnership brand between the British grocery retailer Waitrose & Partners and the Duchy of Cornwall. The brand was originally founded as Duchy Originals by King Charles III (then the Prince of Wales) in 1990 to promote organic farming and sustainable agriculture.

In 2009, Waitrose became the exclusive licensee and distributor for the brand after a commercial agreement, eventually rebranding it to Waitrose Duchy Organic. While the raw ingredients like peanuts are sourced internationally from organic farms, the final production and packaging are typically carried out in the United Kingdom by contracted manufacturers. The partnership continues to support charitable causes through the Prince of Wales's Charitable Fund.
