Teka is a renowned multinational brand with German origins, specializing in household appliances and kitchen solutions. The HT 610 model is a classic electric built-in oven from their range. Founded in 1924 by Karl Thielmann, the brand evolved from agricultural machinery to kitchen sinks and eventually a full suite of home appliances.

While the brand was born in Germany, it moved its corporate focus to Spain decades ago. Today, Teka products are manufactured across several global facilities, notably in Spain, Turkey, and China. In early 2024, it was announced that the Midea Group, a Chinese home appliance giant, reached an agreement to acquire the Teka Group to expand its presence in Western markets, aligning with the 2026 outlook for ultimate ownership.
