Staropramen Granát beer

Staropramen Granát is a traditional semi-dark lager originating from the Smíchov district of Prague. Its history dates back to 1884 when the recipe was first created, characterized by its unique garnet color achieved through a blend of pale and specialty malts.

Today, the brand is a global ambassador for Czech brewing. While it remains deeply rooted in its historic Prague brewery, the brand's ownership has transitioned through several international brewing conglomerates. It is currently the flagship European brand for Molson Coors Beverage Company, which manages its production and distribution across international markets. This allows the beer to maintain its traditional Czech heritage while benefiting from a global supply chain.
