PodSpeakers, originally known for the iconic MiniPod, represents a unique fusion of Danish design and high-fidelity audio engineering. Originally developed by the British company B&W (Bowers & Wilkins) in collaboration with designer Simon Ghahary, the brand became inherently linked to Danish audio culture when the license was acquired by Scandyna in Denmark.

Today, the brand is owned and managed by the Danish company EET Group. While the core design and acoustic engineering are rooted in Denmark, mass production typically takes place in China to reach global markets. The MiniPod's distinctive organic shape is not just aesthetic but serves to reduce sound distortion and internal standing waves, making it a staple in contemporary Scandinavian home decor.
