Pernerka is a premium brand of flour produced by the Perner Mill (Mlýn Perner), which is based in Svijany in the Czech Republic. The mill has a remarkably long history, tracing its milling tradition back to 1420. It is currently one of the most modern and technically advanced milling facilities in Central Europe.

The product shown is a whole-grain spelt flour (špaldová celozrnná), known for being finely ground thanks to the unique milling technology used by the Perner family. This technology allows them to grind whole grains into very fine flour while preserving the nutritional value of the germ and bran.
