HSE (Habitation Saint-Étienne) is a prestigious brand of Rhum Agricole produced on the island of Martinique, an overseas department of France. Established in the late 19th century on the site of a 17th-century sugar plantation, HSE is renowned for its production of high-quality rum made from pure sugarcane juice, strictly adhering to the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) standards.

Today, the brand is owned and operated by the Hayot family through the Spirit France group.
