Trois Rivières Ambré Agricole Rum

Trois Rivières is a prestigious brand of Rhum Agricole hailing from Martinique, a French overseas department in the Caribbean. Unlike industrial rums made from molasses, this product is crafted from fermented fresh sugarcane juice, strictly adhering to the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) regulations of Martinique. The 'Ambré Agricole' variation is matured in oak vats, which gives it its characteristic golden color and notes of honey and caramel.

The brand has a history dating back to the 17th century when Nicolas Tarsier established the plantation. In 2019, the brand was acquired by the Italian spirits giant Campari Group. While the production remains deeply rooted in the soil and traditional methods of Martinique to maintain its geographical certification, the global distribution and strategic management are overseen from Italy.
