Birell is a prominent non-alcoholic beverage brand deeply rooted in Czech brewing tradition. Originally developed at the Radegast Brewery in Nošovice, it was created during the early 1990s as a high-quality non-alcoholic alternative to traditional Czech pilsners. The flavor shown in the image, Malina & Limetka (Raspberry & Lime), represents the brand's popular expansion into flavored non-alcoholic Radlers and mixers.
The brand has undergone significant corporate shifts over the decades. Originally a local Czech innovation, it became part of Plzeňský Prazdroj (Pilsner Urquell). Following a series of international acquisitions, Plzeňský Prazdroj was purchased by the Japanese beverage giant Asahi Group Holdings in 2017. Today, Birell is manufactured primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, serving as a market leader in the non-alcoholic segment under the global ownership of Asahi.
