Haldiram's All In One is a popular Indian savory snack, often categorized as Namkeen. It consists of a spicy blend of chickpea flour noodles (sev), split chickpeas, rice flakes, and assorted nuts. The brand's history dates back to 1937 in Bikaner, Rajasthan, where it started as a small retail sweets and namkeen shop owned by Ganga Bishan Agarwal (fondly known as Haldiram).
Today, Haldiram's remains a family-owned enterprise, though it operates through several distinct geographical branches (primarily Nagpur, Delhi, and Bikaner). It has grown into one of India’s largest food brands, exporting products to over 80 countries. While most manufacturing occurs in modern facilities across India, the brand maintains its traditional flavor profiles that made it a household name globally.
