The brand has undergone several ownership changes over the decades. It was acquired by Cadbury Schweppes in 1990, and later became part of the Orangina Schweppes Group. In 2009, the group was acquired by the Suntory Group, a major Japanese multinational beverage company. Today, Oasis is primarily produced in France for the European market by Suntory Beverage & Food France (formerly Orangina Suntory France), ensuring local production standards and distribution.
