Pudliszki is one of Poland's most heritage-rich food brands, with its origins dating back to 1920 when Stanisław Fenrych founded the factory in the village of Pudliszki. The brand is deeply rooted in Polish culinary tradition, famously known for being one of the first to produce high-quality tomato preserves and introducing ketchup to the Polish market.
Today, Pudliszki is a leading brand in the Polish sauces and prepared meals category. While it maintains its strong Polish identity and local production facilities in Poland, the brand has been under international ownership for several decades. In the late 1990s, the brand was acquired by the H.J. Heinz Company.
Following the 2015 merger of Heinz and Kraft, Pudliszki became part of the Kraft Heinz Company. The global giant, headquartered in the United States, manages Pudliszki as a key local brand for Central and Eastern Europe through its subsidiary, Kraft Heinz Polska. This ownership structure allows the brand to benefit from global research and development while keeping its traditional recipes tailored to the Polish palate.
