Önos condiments and preserves

Önos is a classic Swedish brand with deep roots in the Skåne region. Founded in 1903 in Tollarp by Ragnar Wollin, the company originally started with vinegar production but quickly expanded into its legendary jams, jellies, and fruit syrups (saft). The brand has long been synonymous with traditional Swedish craftsmanship and high-quality ingredients.

Today, Önos is part of an international food portfolio but retains its Swedish identity. It is owned by Orkla, a Norwegian industrial conglomerate that acquired the parent company Procordia Food. While ownership is now Norwegian, the production majorly remains in Sweden, specifically at the historical facility in Tollarp, which continues to be a central hub for the brand’s output and its connection to Swedish food heritage.
