Sarotti is a historic German chocolate brand with roots dating back to 1852 in Berlin. The brand initially began as a small shop on Friedrichstraße and eventually grew into a massive chocolate manufacturer, becoming famous for its branding and high-quality Pralines and truffles.

Today, Sarotti is a core brand of the Stollwerck GmbH, a traditional German confectionery company. Since 2011, Stollwerck has been owned by the Belgian confectionery group Baronie, which operates several production sites across Europe. While the brand maintains its Berlin heritage on the packaging, production predominantly takes place in Germany within Stollwerck's specialized facilities.
