Carolinen is a well-established German brand of mineral water sourced from the ‘Ursprungsquelle’ in Bielefeld. The brand is known for its high calcium and low sodium content, often carrying organic certifications for its mineral water.

Historically part of the family-owned Wüllner group, the Carolinen brand and its production facilities were acquired by the Hassia Group in 2021. This acquisition integrated the regional brand into one of Germany's largest beverage structures, ensuring widespread distribution in the North Rhine-Westphalia region while maintaining local production in Bielefeld.
