Bauducco is an iconic Brazilian food brand with strong Italian heritage. It was founded in 1952 by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who brought the traditional Panettone recipe from Italy to São Paulo, Brazil. Over the decades, the brand expanded from its bakery origins to become the world's largest producer of Panettone and a leader in biscuits, wafers, and bread products.

Today, the brand is owned by Pandurata Alimentos, which remains a family-controlled enterprise (the Bauducco family). The company operates several industrial plants across Brazil and even established a manufacturing facility in the United States to serve the North American market. The Bisnaguinha shown in the image is a popular soft mini-bread roll, fermented naturally, and is a staple in Brazilian households for snacks and lunches.
