It has evolved from a local family business into one of the most prominent food manufacturing brands in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. In 2021, the company underwent a significant ownership shift when Agthia Group PJSC, an Abu Dhabi-based food and beverage giant, acquired a majority stake. This move was part of Agthia's strategy to become a regional leader in the consumer-packaged goods industry. While Nabil continues to operate its manufacturing facilities in Jordan, its strategic direction is now governed by its Emirati parent company, ensuring its expansion into global markets and modernizing its production to meet international standards.
