Göteborgs Kex Digestive

Göteborgs Kex is an iconic Swedish brand founded in 1888 in Kungälv by Carl Leopold Berggren. Famous for its biscuits and crackers, it has been a staple in Swedish households for generations.

Starting around 2022, production of these biscuits began moving from the historic factory in Kungälv to a modern facility in Ādaži, Latvia, as part of a logistical consolidation by the current owners. Today, the brand is owned by the Orkla Group, a leading Norwegian industrial conglomerate that specializes in consumer goods across the Nordics and Baltics.
