Zyx Citron lozenges

Zyx is a popular over-the-counter medicinal product used for the relief of pain and irritation in the mouth and throat. The brand is strongly associated with the Nordic markets, where it is a staple for treating symptoms of sore throats.

Originally part of the Meda AB portfolio, the brand changed hands when Meda was acquired by Mylan in 2016. Mylan then merged with Pfizer's Upjohn division in 2020 to form Viatris, a global healthcare company. While Viatris is headquartered in the United States, the manufacturing of their various OTC products occurs across a global network of facilities, often within Europe for the local markets.
