Mondial Relay is a prominent European logistics provider specializing in out-of-home parcel delivery through a vast network of 'Points Relais' (pickup points) and automated lockers. Founded in 1997 in France, the company was originally part of the 3SI Group (formerly Trois Suisses International), established to provide delivery solutions for distance selling.

Over the decades, Mondial Relay became a leader in the e-commerce logistics sector. In 2021, the company underwent a significant ownership change when it was acquired from the Otto Group by the Polish parcel locker giant InPost. This acquisition created one of Europe's largest out-of-home delivery networks, integrating InPost's automated locker technology with Mondial Relay's established merchant network. Today, the brand continues to operate under its original name while being part of a larger, pan-European logistics ecosystem headquartered in Poland.
