Neophos is the Danish brand name for Finish, a world leader in dishwasher detergents. Originally developed by the American company Economics Laboratory (now Ecolab) in 1953, the brand revolutionized household chores with the first biological minced powder. Today, Neophos is manufactured in several locations across Europe and the globe to meet international demand through optimized supply chains.

The brand is currently owned by Reckitt Benckiser (Reckitt), a British multinational consumer goods company. Reckitt acquired the brand in 1987 (then as Benckiser), and it has since become one of the most recognizable cleaning brands worldwide. In Denmark, the product is marketed as Neophos but is identical in formulation and ownership to the Finish brand found in other territories like the UK or USA.
