Lizi's Granola is a well-known British cereal brand founded by Dr. Mick Shaw and his wife Lizi in the late 1990s. The brand first gained popularity through the breakfast served at their bed and breakfast in Wales, leading to the commercial launch of the 'Goodness' range in 2003.

The brand is celebrated for its focus on low-glycemic indexing and high fiber content. While it originated as a small-scale family operation in South Wales, it has grown significantly. In 2015, the brand was acquired by Jordans & Ryvita, which is a division of Associated British Foods (ABF).
