Dulcesol is a prominent brand within the Vicky Foods portfolio, specializing in a wide array of bakery and pastry products including muffins, sponge cakes, sliced bread, and fried pastries. The brand's origins date back to 1952 in Villalonga, Spain, where Victoria Fernández Prieto and her husband Antonio Juan established a small family bakery. Over the decades, it evolved into a significant industrial group known for its innovation and mass-market reach in the Iberian Peninsula and beyond.

Today, the brand is owned by the holding company Vicky Foods (formerly Grupo Dulcesol), which remains a 100% family-owned Spanish enterprise led by the second and third generations of the Juan family. While its primary manufacturing hubs are located in Gandía and Villalonga (Valencia), Spain, the company has expanded its production footprint with facilities in Fragnes-La Loyère, France, and Sig, Algeria, to serve international markets which account for a growing portion of its revenue.
