Proper Snacks, originally known as Propercorn, is a British snack brand founded in 2011 by Cassandra Stavrou and Ryan Kohn. The brand gained significant popularity for its focus on healthy, natural popcorn snacks with distinctive hand-illustrated packaging. Proper has since expanded its product range into lentil chips and other healthy savory snacks.

In early 2019, the brand was acquired by Exponent Private Equity within the newly formed 'Ambrosia snacks' platform (later renamed as part of a wider snack group). In 2022, Proper Snacks underwent a significant corporate change when it was acquired by the European snacks heavyweight, Intersnack Group. Intersnack merged Proper Snacks with Eat Real to form the 'Proper Proper Munch' group, though it operates under the broader Intersnack umbrella. The products are primarily manufactured within the United Kingdom to serve the domestic and European markets.
