Since 2011, ETA has been owned by the HP TRONIC group, a major Czech retail and distribution company that also operates brands like Datart. This ownership ensures that the brand remains under Czech control, maintaining its strong presence in the Central European market where it is distributed through various subsidiaries in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Germany.
