Manufacturing and Ownership

While the company has expanded its shipping and logistics worldwide, the core research, development, and a significant portion of its high-tech Smart Garden manufacturing remain centered in Estonia. This allows the brand to maintain strict quality control over its specialized electronic components and its unique biodegradable growth media.

As of 2024 and moving toward 2026, Click and Grow remains an independent entity primarily controlled by its founders and supported by various international venture capital firms and strategic investors, including Ingka Group (the investment arm of IKEA).
