In 2017, the brand reached a global milestone when it was acquired by the French multinational Saint-Gobain. This strategic acquisition allowed Tekbond to leverage a massive global distribution network while maintaining its strong local presence. Today, the product is primarily manufactured in Brazil, specifically at the brand's headquarters in Embu das Artes, São Paulo, through its subsidiary Saint-Gobain do Brasil.
