Following a corporate restructuring that began in 2023, the brand is now under the ownership of Kenvue Inc., the independent consumer health company spun off from Johnson & Johnson. For the South American market, products like the Body Care Intensive line are primarily manufactured in Brazil (notably in São José dos Campos) to serve the regional consumer base with localized formulas.
